Final Week in Field!

This last week was probably the hardest but yet the funnest. Whitney and I taught every day this week. My favorite part was the theater lesson. Not because Whitney and I love to act for everyone, but because all of the students were so excited to participate. We taught about Greek Mythology and how the Greeks used the myths to explain what was going on in the world. They were so excited to help write and perform a play. They couldn't stop talking about it and they were all making cute props to use. We had a Greek Festival where they performed their plays. They did a great job! Even the shyest students had a good time. We also had The Olympic Games with an awards ceremony. Like I said, we were very busy and the week flew by. We were both very sad to say goodbye to the students. They were so cute. They made us thank you cards and begged us to come back. I think Whitney and I will just have to pay them a visit before Christmas!
